Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (weekends and holidays excepted). Orders are shipped by the method of our choosing (usually USPS) unless you make a specific request.
Returns & Exchanges
While we are confident that you will be happy with your Rileys Nest purchase, we realize that sometimes things don’t fit or you just change your intention.
We accept return purchases for 15 days from the date you received your product under the following guidelines:
– The items you return must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed and/or unused)
– All product packaging and inserts must be returned
– Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
If you request an exchange:
– Exchanges can only be for items of equal or greater value than the original item
– Exchanges are shipped to the original order address
If you request a refund:
– Refunds are made strictly to the original payment method or store credit.
– Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please return your item to the address below using a traceable shipping service. Consider insuring the shipment as, until we receive the package, you are responsible for any loss. In our experience, USPS Priority mail is reasonably quick, reliable and economical
Please include a note with your name, order number and what action you are requesting. If it’s an exchange you may want to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss your desire and understand exactly what we need to do.
